In search of fall colors

The weather was supposed to be perfect as we set off on our adventure yesterday. It wasn't.

We had fun anyway.
The Mansfield/Wellsboro, PA area has always been special for Ken and me.  After all, we met at Mansfield University way back when we were just kids.

The silver lining for me? Fall colors of a different sort: yarn stash: meet your new neighbors, thanks to a sale at Mad About Ewes on our journey north.  These skeins are only in the 200 yard amount, but will make nice, warm ,something or others one of these days.  Yum.

  1. I'm confused. I thought you were a kid. (grin)
And your yarn stash has some nice new neighbors.

  2. What gorgeous, rich colors! I do think that the fall color palate is my favorite.
