Not your average day at the beach

The beach at Sea Isle City is great.

We watched the heavy equipment all week as the process of beach rebuilding progressed. Each day the machines got closer to our place, sometimes working throughout the night. I know it might seem weird, but I actually enjoyed watching the work as it neared our section of the beach. We were lucky. The machines didn't gobble up our beach until Friday evening and we were leaving on Saturday. Wow! All that entertainment and timing too.

I almost finished the Noro shawl, but decided to save the last row and binding off for home.

I love the beach!
